ABOUT ISCEC

Iredell Statesville Community Enrichment Corporation (ISCEC) is a 501(c) (3) organization formed as an instrumentality of the Statesville Housing Authority (SHA) to further the mission of empowerment in the community through housing, economic and social development.

To build sustainable economic growth for low and moderate income persons through community
development and empowerment.

OUR VISION

To become a nationally recognized non-profit organization that provides resources necessary to empower individuals and families to attain sustainable housing, education, and employment in safe communities.
